Associated Builders was started in 1994 by Vasanth R Pai, a career entrepreneur who has nearly forty years of exposure and involvement with the business of tiles, sanitaryware and faucets. The firm was started in Kannur with the intention of providing quality branded products for the customers in Kannur and nearby areas at a reasonable price. Right from the onset of the business, the firm has endeared itself to its customers for the innovative products on display and the after sales service provided. Customer care and customer delight are the main focus and we are proud to have many satisfied clients who will vouch for us and our policies and service.

We are proud to say that we have the biggest collection of branded tiles on display at our showroom in Mele Chovva, Kannur. In addition, we are the oldest dealers for almost all the branded companies.
 

Our suppliers include Kajaria, Jaquar, Johnson, Kohler and many reputed companies. Exclusive boutique displays are showcased for Kajaria Eternity, Kohler, Jaquar and Cera.

Associated Builders is going to be 30 years old in 2024 and to mark our third decade, we are opening an exclusive Jaquar “ Bath and Light” standalone showroom at Mele Chovva diagonally opposite to our existing showroom. We look forward to setting new benchmarks as we journey ahead.
